Voices of Temple Stay participants

If you live your life consciously using your body first instead of acting with your head, you won't have any negative emotions.

Thank you very much for allowing me to participate in Temple Stay.
Thank you to all the monks.

Even after returning home on Saturday, I am quick to move around and do the dishes with great efficiency, and when I am with my children, time passes more slowly, leading to a well-defined life.
The next Sunday, I woke up at 5 a.m. and had a very happy morning without feeling tired or having a slow morning.
If you live your life consciously using your body first instead of acting with your head, you won’t have any negative emotions.
It’s like there’s no room for feelings like I don’t like it or find it troublesome. (I no longer postpone it etc.)
I am always conscious of stretching my back, and as I live my life, I no longer feel the pain in my lower back that I used to have.
(My bad habit of having poor posture turned into a good habit.)

I’ve become more aware of this, but I still can’t shake my bad habits and use bad words, but hey! I regret that I should have replied.
(honesty, humility, satisfying the other person’s need for approval, etc.)
I still have a long way to go, but I reflect on this realization and live my life with the hope of connecting to the next one.
Rather than just saying hello, I try to look at the other person and do it at the same time.
I would like to cherish my kindness and relationships.
I will continue to work hard every day to accept criticism, etc., gratefully, and place myself at the bottom of the pile, saying that I am still immature and stupid.

thank you so much.
And to all my good friends, thank you very much for teaching me so many things! ️
