What to Wear and Bring with You

that may make it difficult for you to participate.
Please consult us if you wish to participate with more than one person,
such as family members or friends.

There may be minor ailments, but for the most part, being generally healthy - mentally and physically, maintaining good relationships with those around you, having enough to live on, and living a long and active life, is by no means a pipe dream.
Various studies have shown that monks are in fact the longest-lived profession in the world. This is the result of good habits of thought, feeling, word and action, not to mention good eating, exercise and sleeping habits.

These habits are born in the environment of the temple, also referred to as “Training Dojo." Override the bad habits that you have unwittingly acquired with good habits and enjoy the joy of health and the genesis of harmony.
