Voices of Temple Stay participants

Y.T.

I have found myself who is honestly grateful to those who teach me, who honestly needs teaching, and who can't help but enjoy learning.

I decided to participate in Temple Stay this time because I wanted to realize something and encounter something, and I thought, “I’ll regret it if I don’t go.”

The biggest thing I noticed was that Osho Daigu spent dozens of times as much time as Daigu Dojo.
[Don’t judge by looking at only a part, look at the whole thing]
Thanks to him repeatedly and carefully conveying this to me, using his body and changing his words,
I realized that everything is connected, and I realized that I was confused and caught up in the world that was just in front of me.

I really learned a lot from this practical event.

I spent time with the monks in training and learned the detailed manners, which made me discover new things.
What teaches me that it is better to do this is to know the habits I have acquired on a daily basis, and by being made aware of it, I can make improvements.

I found myself honestly grateful to those who taught me, myself that honestly needed teaching, and myself that couldn’t help but enjoy learning.
And I was able to spend time with friends who had the same thoughts, and the hardships didn’t feel like pain, and having friends gave me encouragement.
How big an impact will this event have in the future?

It was a valuable experience.
I’m really glad I took the plunge and participated.

thank you very much.
